Every realtor that I've ever worked with has worked to my satisfaction and generally been very professional (there are a couple of horrific exceptions, realtors with big teams, but I digress). Rebecca goes/went beyond my satisfaction. When the market produced multiple offers, which she deftly and aggressively negotiated, my house was set to sell for $50,000 over asking. Not to take anything away from Rebecca, but that was normal for the market at the time. I was totally satisfied with that. But here's the difference: Rebecca thought she could get more, and so she did. THAT's what makes her superb; she doesn't just accept, even if you're already happy with the results, she doesn't rest, until she has gotten the very best that the market has to offer her clients. She evaluates the situation based on the market and the personalities and then she dodges, weaves, and waves her magic wand or whatever she does and....presto...you're blown away. And, she communicates...always answers questions and returns communication in a timely manner...she even gives a guarantee to that effect, which is unique. I have worked with many realtors in the last 30 years but (knock wood) I never need to find another one.

Over the past 30 years I have worked with a bout a dozen different real estate agents. Few of them work very hard in my opinion. Often they are more committed to their vision of what I want and making money rather than my particular vision and needs. That can be difficult to swallow when you make a living with your hands and every real estate transaction is absolutely crucial for the wellbeing of your family.
Rebecca Diamond carefully interviewed me and accurately "got" what I needed. She scoured the market constantly and sent me properties to review that made sense. In the end she found a perfect home for us that hadn't even listed yet so we had a shot at it first.
Rebecca Diamond demonstrated a work ethic, an integrity, and an expertise I have seldom seen in her profession. She has my highest reccomendation as a professional and as a human being. My wife and I are so grateful!

Rebecca sold our house for $50,000 over asking AND saved us $145,000 during inspection and appraisal negotiations. Really, what more needs to be said? She got us ridiculous results, and was constantly professional and communicative. And, she was uncannily punctual, to-the-minute; it's actually kind of odd, but great! She fought like mad for us, way beyond our expectations. Warning: her staging advice was hard to swallow because I like my stuff, BUT... she obviously knew what she was doing!!!

We beat out seven other offers thanks to her suggestions. We have used her two other times since. We had a property that was going to attract a lot of lowballers and Rebecca sold it quietly, through her own network. We had a higher-end property that stayed on the market longer than we hoped but Rebecca was always upbeat, advising, encouraging, studying the market to let us know how to respond, and ultimately got us multiple offers when we least expected it. This is my second time working with Rebecca. The first time she sold our house in just 6 days and at asking price, when it had been up twice before with no bites.
Now she is helping me sell my mom's house. Mind you, I am living in the UK, and my mom's house is in PA. She has been absolutely invaluable to me. She has gone into the house, done video chats with me to help sort out belongings, meeting charities to pick up the furniture, all things that she doesn't have to do. She does this because she is an amazing human being. She has been very caring towards my mom and shows empathy to her. It is not easy for someone to have to sell their home.
I'm writing this review in the middle of all of this. We haven't even listed the property yet, and here I am.
Honestly. If you need a realtor, Rebecca is beyond amazing.
